Victoria Aróstegui

Victoria, the art expert at Beyond Arting, holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, complemented with an Art History degree and a MA in Art Business at Sotheby's Institute of Art in London, where she presented a dissertation in Latin American Contemporary Art market. She has strong knowledge of art market business, drivers, players and trends, and has worked and collaborated with several representatives of the art market, acquiring a complete view of its behaviour. Starting her professional career at Sotheby's-Madrid auction house, she has also worked in the firm Art Advisory Services, which is mainly focused in Contemporary Art, and has also collaborated with The Art Newspaper at ARCO art fair. Until January 2013, she has been working at Perspective Art In Architecture, a London based art consulting firm specialised in the incorporation of Contemporary Art in architecture. She currently also works in collaboration with International Contemporary Art Fairs (ICAF) as part of the management team, establishing relationships with institutions and galleries as a member of the selection board committee.

Moreover, Victoria is an artist herself, specialised in restoration and conservation of art, and therefore, complements her role at Beyond Arting with her technical knowledge and expertise.

Mariana Aróstegui

Mariana, the project and business management expert at Beyond Arting, holds a Biological Sciences Bachelor degree, complemented with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at IE Business School in Madrid. Mariana has experience in the insurance and financial industries, specialising in project management and planning. For the past five years she has worked as analyst and consultant at Bain & Company in Madrid, Sydney and London. During her experience at Bain & Company she has participated in a variety of local and international projects for top tier companies and private equity funds, and has acquired expertise in target and market analysis, project management and planning, client relations, operations and overall business strategy. She currently also collaborates with the financial and strategic advisory Finae Partners, conducting M&A operations, restructuring and refinancing plans, and other financing projects for SMEs in Spain.

With a strong entrepreneur spirit, Mariana has participated in several start-up projects during the past three years, and has always been interested and involved in the art world as a passionate art lover.

(hereinafter the "Company"), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, makes available to users (hereinafter, the "User(s)"), in its capacity as holder and manager.

The Company develops consulting services for the procurement of art works and/or the development of artistic projects in the field of visual creation, advising individuals, private companies and public institutions in the acquisition or commissioning of art works as well as in their use for artistic or promotional events, offering all the necessary support and logistics for the feasibility and development of these activities.

The Company fulfils all legal requirements under current regulations on protection of personal information, and all data under its responsibility are processed in accordance with the legal requirements.

Security measures: Regarding the data provided will be subject to due technical and organisational security measures to ensure their confidentiality Purposes: The personal data provided will be included in a file or files, liability of the Company, and will be mainly dedicated to purposes related to the management and general administration, maintenance, performance, development and control of the business relationship with the User, as well as for marketing and reporting of products and/or services offered by the Company by any means including electronic mail or similar means.

If the User provides personal data of a third party shall, prior to its inclusion, have informed that person and requested his/her consent to the points set out herein. In this sense, the User ensures the Company that has such consent regarding the personal data of the third party, excluding the Company from any liability following a complaint or penalty procedure that is urged as a result of processing the included personal data.
